Very interesting- fairly unique style: elegant out of the chute w/Old World Left Bank nose of tobacco, cedar, cassis & currant, dusty cherry but morphed into some savage w/herbaceous green notes & flavors, very juicy, maybe the tiniest hint of VA, spicy squirrely this thing was close to going off the rails... held on though and was first experience w/this NC winery. Heck of a ride for $20
