Aged 6 years. I have a fondness for aged German Pinot Noir. Brown tones yet lively cherry fruit Fun, delicious and uncomplicated. Had with light halibut and crayfish.

Great subtle wine, showcasing Baden Pinot Noir. Aromatic with red fruit, little spice and touch of oak. In flavor red fruit, bit earthy and fine acidity and hardly notable tannins. Flavor is typical good quality Pinot Noir.
