Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color, with light intensity, and a red rim.

Fruity on the nose with blueberries, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, balsamic vinegarete, oak, caramel, Sherry, licorice, spices, earth, leather, vanilla, chocolate and black pepper.

Medium to full bodied with medium plus acidity and short legs.

Tart and bone dry on the palate, with blueberries, cherries, black currants, oak, vanilla, earth, forest floor, spices, chocolates and peppercorn.

Medium plus on the finish, with firm, green tannins and black pepper.

This is a nice, Unfiltered, Single Vineyard, Grenache from Santa Yvez Valley, California.

Complex and interesting with a lot to offer. Still young, but will improve in the next three years.

This 8 year old is very drinkable right now, by itself or with food. However, it is still, a bit unbalanced, with good structure and a pleasant mouthfeel.

Only 175 cases produced from 100% Grenache Noir grapes.

14.2% alcohol by volume.
