Color is light red for a cab sav. Nose doesn't have a predominant smell of anything in particular but makes me salivate. The tongue is a great balance of acid, tannin, and fruit. Not overly alcoholic or barrel. Really nice with the aged goat cheese. Made the fennel more lively in the dried salumi. Bright fruit and juicy. $30. 2008
