High Elevation Collection Lake County Chardonnay

Fine. Got it at Steve's. Not bad. Not in love.

Fridge-cold this shows notes of honeyed green Granny Smith apple, subdued citrus, honeyed bread, straw. Hibiscus, and pink salt. Heavier, almost cream mouthfeel, consistent with the honey notes. Lemon and vanilla are almost afterthoughts in this well-constructed, value Chard. It has a texture of animal fat. This greasy Granny is Phat! There is no hole in her panty, and
she won't be honking her way down 'Sesame Street' anytime soon, but she just might leave a little sweetfat on your palate, and leave you begging for desert!

I love this one. Honey, apples and pears, creamy texture. 5/5
Edit: nope, histamines.

Best $10 Chardonnay I’ve had. It’s a little sweet, but can’t beat the price.
