Buck Shack Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon

Pleasantly surprised by this inexpensive Cabernet. Could use a year more in the bottle but very enjoyable Large cherry and blackberry flavors with a nice smooth finish. Well worth the price

This Cab was aged in Bourbon barrels. Loved the bottle!! Deep red in color, very smooth. Lots of fruit which I love. Am pairing with my homemade lasagna. Cheers!

After reading the other reviews here all I can figure out is that we got a bad bottle. I wanted this wine to have deep layers having aged in bourbon barrels. It had no depth but did have a bit of effervescence, which I wasn’t expecting. It was too sweet. We couldn’t even finish a glass apiece and poured it down the drain.

Good but definitely not the best bourbon aged cab I've had.
