This has been in my cellar at 55f since release. I thought maybe it would be a bit past its peak but no, I may have nailed the perfect spot. Integrated oak and acid; peaches, flowers and bees wax as it warmed. Enjoyed over two hours after pnp and it continued to develop wonderfully throughout. A real treat, glad I drank this today.
