Wahluke Slope Chardonnay

Creamy, buttery texture, oaky, exactly what you would expect from a west coast chard. Paired nicely with a mushroom risotto, and the whole table enjoyed it.

This is nice, but nothing special. Flabby, oaky vanilla.

Just another junk Chardonnay. A big vanilla oak nose, buttery with the full malolactic treatment, finishes slightly thin and tart with more oak in the finish.

Average and typical chardonnay with creamy, oaky and buttery palate. Dried tropical stone fruits on the nose.The finish wasn’t smooth though.

That's the favor of oak and butter comes from. Full of vanilla smell and fills every tastebud. A little bite overstepping for drinking it alone. American style of bold and exaggeration. But when pairing food like Japanese chicken balls with Japanese green pepper, that's a perfect match.

Good, clean crisp Chard. Light like a Pinot Grigio. Pear flavors.
