New brand for this Lessini Durello by Cantina di Soave, it substitutes the Cchia brand on the HORECA channel. Some little more aging on yeasts (it's a Charmat methode) and more elegant bubbles. Mild, not an extreme Durello. If you can't beat Prosecco, you may compete with it. Judo marketing? Who knows... Good for an easy aperitive or meal or a real pizza.
