Given my personal strong preference for nebbiolo, it’s quite rare to have a chianti. Even though this is 15% on the label, it doesn’t quite taste it - managed to stay quite balanced. Definitely recommend a 30+ minute decant for this one. Lots of red spicy fruit on the nose and palate, medium bodied, medium tannins, medium acid but with a good refreshing finish. Great with some tagliatelle Bolognese.

A slice of deliciousness. Easy drinking and will pair with anything! Light body yet full of flavor. No tannins and balanced acidity. Mild taste of dark fruits but just overall great balance!
