Feb 22nd, 2023IGT Sangiovese young vines. 14.5 this vintage. Don’t love that. A bit of vulcanized rubber initially, blows off. Kind of muddled flavors. Decent but the Massolino dolcetto is so much better for the same price. // edit: completely undrinkable on day two.

Mar 31st, 2024Pure bright clean delicious. I prefer this to their Rosso di Montalcino (slightly younger vines here) and it’s $10 cheaper.

Jul 18th, 2016When I first opened it, there was green stuff on the bottom of the cork. But I love wine so I was undeterred. I aerated it as it's only 2 years old. Turns out there's tons of.... Stuff in it. I don't want to say sediment because the pieces are kind of big. Well it's alcohol right? Should be okay to drink.
Good news is it smells like sangiovese. The taste is just okay. To be honest the green stuff and chunks are really messing with me.
