A lovely young red with rounded dark fruits, good depth for its age, but enough tart cherry to lift it. Pairs well with duck breast, the tannins are prominent but balance well, and benefits from aeration. Nice character to this wine, a lovely hidden gem, will require a lot of restraint not to finish the bottle or open another.
