Electric orange, extraordinary colour. Pale saline nose. Palate is a shapeshifter, strawberry, rose petals, very floral. Finish is fabulously rustic—astringent and tannic, as if to jolt you out of a stupor. Worth seeking out.

Oliver McCrum Wines: at the heel on the coast, Pale rose almost pink with a fresh citrus and red raspberry fragrance and has a full rich flavor with an ocean spray finish. Excellent for enjoying after a day of crabbing for Dungeness and the second bottle pairs very well with crab and salmon.
