Nose of Dry apple juice, yeast, stones.
Bubbles, cant come up with combination of descriptive words to describe bubble texture, but, medium texture food grade bubbles (not fine & elegant, not large seltzer bubbles...)
Overall, fun Friday dinner wine. Good on its own, good with food... Happy Friday!!

Needed a lot of time to open up but turned into a solid bottle. A little too bubbly, needed more finesse.
