Very light in color and body, drinks more like a PN Pleasant wine

Crazy white pepper note to this. Plum on the nose.Translucent amber-garnet in the glass.

Not a lot of Pfeffer, especially aged Cab Pfeffer in the world. Nicole is knocking it out of the park. Highly recommend. Different body and character than Sauvignon.

Really pretty wine, unique varietal. Surpringly lean despite 14% ABV. Red fruit and spice, medium acidity, medium tannins.
