Rad wine. Big and burly, but it wears it really well. Concentrated, fresh, and I love how it starts out with ripe fruit and finishes quite savory.

2013 vintage. Medium lemon hue. Full concentration of aromas - almonds, honey, peach, ripe lemon. Good minerality, lanolin and leesy. Interesting nose. On the palate, full bodied, medium acidity but some bitter bite on the back end prevents the wine seeming fat and clunky. Leesy nuttiness to the fore. Decent finish. Fairly compelling wine. Would recommend it.

Had higher hopes. Usually a huge fan of Eben's wines but this was "gray" and chunky in the wrong places. Could have needed decanting or maybe just some time to be more my thing. Would be interested in revisiting in 6 months...
