I had this 8 weeks ago but wasn't impressed then. This time tried the 2nd bottle from my WSJ Wine Club and it's surprisingly much better. The change was pairing it with some spicy Thai food where it held up well. The tartness and dry crispness cut through coconut curries and noodles nicely. It's quite a light #rosé and our sweet wine drinkers even enjoyed it. Faint nose with the lightest pink-salmon color in the glass.
