Great full bodied and tannic RDD. Nose of tobacco, vanilla, and oak. Tastes young, powerful, and fresh on the palate despite being in the bottle for 7 years. Pretty much a perfect marriage between Bordeaux and Rioja. Black tea, slightly smoky on the finish.

Dried blueberry, prune, some plum skin and lots of dark chocolate and tobacco on this one. A nice texture when some grittiness and gripping tannins but smooth on the finish. Great layers and very enjoyable.
