Clear medium Ruby. Medium intensity with savoury earthy notes and still developing. Savoury Flavours of pepper leather tobacco with s touch of tar. Good Mediterranean style.

Medium ruby (see through) color with periwinkle highlights. Dense aromas of a myriad of spices and red and black berry fruit. Ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit on the palate with additional notes of cinnamon and clove. Long and lasting oaky finish. Full bodied and smooth texture. Silky tannins. Nicely balanced, rich and well crafted. Perfectly aged. Thanks for sharing this one with me, Chris B!

Starting to show signs of aging with aromas of Luxardo cherries, dried figs, vanilla, and earth. Solid wine.

Average. Tasting notes on the bottle are misleading. It’s medium bodied and not full bodied as I was expecting. Nevertheless it was an interesting and refreshing red.
