Dark ruby in color with medium intensity and a purplish rim.
Fruity on the nose with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, red currants, vanilla, oak, cloves, Mediterranean spices, earth and black pepper.
Medium-bodied with nice legs and medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with red currants, sour cherries, strawberries, cranberries, oak, pencil lead, spices and peppercorn.
Medium finish with firm tannins.
Too Light for my taste, but better if chilled. Not too complex but fun to sip on, at the pool. Reminded me of a fruity Pinot Noir with a kick.
12.5% alcohol by volume.

Jan 14th, 2024Medium ruby to garnet in color; plums, black pepper, and baking spices on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like raspberries, cranberries, and wet gravel with a medium finish. A little bitter in the aftertaste, but not bad. Nellie doesn't like it.

Simple, delicious. Brimming with berries. Medium body and nice acid. Some tasty herbal olive oilyness on the finish.
