My first Torbato. Mineral driven, high acidity with citrus notes. Could only be costal with the salinity. Lovely wine with rare tuna, served with mango and avocado. Really good value if you are open to the unfamiliar.

A bit of lemon peel rinds on the nose and dried citrus notes on the long, pleasing finish. For fans of wines with blazing acid and layers of minerality, this is the wine for you! $19
