Quiet straw green reflexes . Floral with green apple , greengage , Elderflower . On the palate nice roundness , quite ripe yellow fruits , good bracing acidity balanced with the residual sugar , quite mineral and slate influences on the finish. Ok length . For now and the next 5 -8 or so years .

Delightful. We paired with intense chicken and seafood Sichuan dishes and it complemented beautifully. No sweetness and low minerality worked nicely on its own. Great balance and neutral strength. Will buy again. Sleeper hit.
