Finally some old-school burgundy. Fairly open but still a firm core of tannin that are differently structured to so much flashy burgundy. Arguably rustic but to me more indicative of less interventionist wine-making. Flowery, medium nose, broad but in no way plush palate. Great acids make this a superb food wine. For EUR13/bottle a house drinker at last.
