This is tasty sparkling wine from Spain. Showing citrus, lemons, green apples, minerals, light yeast and white pepper.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Not bitter nor tart. Very tasty with mild complexity. I really enjoyed the mouthfeel.

A blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarello. Made in the traditional method.

12% alcohol by volume.

As usual, an incredible value. What a cava!

Nice cava. Apple, peach, great acid, good amount of yeast/bready influence. Wish I had some oysters while enjoying.

Nose: musty, grass, honeydew. Taste: nicely balanced bubbles & alcohol, dry, slight mineral, maybe apricot? Very pleasant to drink

As an aperitif this was a nice selection. Fruitful, vibrant, and fun. Enough said.

Not much nose. Hint of herbs. Dry and tart. Apples and pears. Little pea blossom. Very drinkable sparkle.

Sparkling and smooth, with hint of green apple. Paired nicely with a chilled pea soup.
