Bready, Apple, peach and floral notes on the nose. Phyllo dough, peach and nice acidity on the palate. Good stuff.

Pineapple seems to be the essence of this wine from the nose to the palate. A little tropical notes of kiwi and grapefruit show up as well. Little sulfur on the nose with a simple finish.

Textbook Cava for the WSET folks.

Mothers Day bubbles part 1

Smells like oaky Chardonnay. Tastes very yeasty and a little bitter.

Apple strudel

Good bubbly, a little tangy on the finish. Nice clean taste, dry and sweet are in balance. Great for mimosas and a steal of a deal at Costco $11 for 1.5 liters.
