Really lovely bottle for the bucks, and could stand it’s own among a more expensive bubbly. (Also love the magnum here.) Smells of sourdough yeast and baked apple. Plenty of lemon and brioche. Has a creamy feel too. Lots of beautiful bubbles. Ends with a nice dry finish.

Had celebrating our 25th at cafe Lurcat on loring park. Fun to have Spanish champaign and went well with both our meals. Dry and crisp.
