Pagani Sonoma Valley Zinfandel

Yummy Zinfandel. With a spicy stirfry last night and cheese and crackers tonight.

Why in the world would anyone vote for either Ted Cruz or Donald Trump?! Both clearly dangerous and unfit for public office.

Is that me or the Zinfandel speaking? Ha ha.

Shawn & Denise brought this bottle on New Year’s eve 2019. Best Zinfandel I have had. Need to turn Charles on to a bottle. Would try again.

Red cherry, strawberry jam, baking spice, nutmeg and violet. M acid and body. M+ tannin. A bit of a short finish.

Fabulous. Rich and creamy and fruity

2015 Pagani Zinfindel great with food (ate with pasta) and full bodied.

Not too tanneny smooth

BlackBerry, oak, acidic, and decent tannins. Still decently smooth on the finish after breathing.

Heritage Growers Series ~ a step up from their basic zin. We paired it with a garlicky pork tenderloin and rice with dates and currants. Soooo good! Initially a bit bold but smoothes out on the palette.

Pretty good Zin with nice balance of fruit though I could use more on the fade. But we enjoyed it!!
