Sooooo mellow yet still true to varietal- deep rich and concentrated. Age has treated this well.

When drinking back to back with the Stags Leap I just didn't like this one as much. A little thin and acidic for me.

Why doesn't Seghesio make more Petite Sirah? This is awesome!

Overripe. Hot. Little varietal character.

Decanted for a few hours, as it seemed pretty tight right after it was uncorked. Medium to full bodied, pure driven fruit carried by vivid acidity. A rich, fruit forward wine, brimming w/ kirsch, black berry flavors!
