K mostly this post is like “look I’m a certified somm only 12 of 36 of us passed!” But also like fuck yah this rosé I think I’ve reviewed before but damn it’s a celebration wine. Full. Not sweet. Not dry. Pretty as F. Peaches raspberries vanilla acid and damn it’s good to drink something I won’t be blind-tastes on. Even though I somehow blinded my way through four wines this morning. Before theory and service. Egads so tired so happy didn’t think I’d pass this test!

Mar 15th, 2018LOVE the Seebass. I tasted their rosé about 2 years ago when hired to play mixologist at a farm to table dinner. Two years went by and I finally ordered. And now I know why I hung onto my bookmarked website. Reminiscent of a fine Tavel. The grapefruit and peaches sing but the stone behind the fructose gives this structure and elegance. I can't wait to taste more of their offerings.

Nice - drinking this at Plant Food + Wine for Brunch a place with VEGAN food in Venice beach.- Best backyard eating in LA. Very pale. Pretty complex for a Rose. Strawberry. Good amount of tannins and pronounced acidity. Quinine lemon zest. Rhubarb.
Can't go wrong with this one.impressive👍👍 and apparently sold out.
