The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon impresses with peppery florals, exotic spices and black currants. It's soft yet sincere, possessing juicy, zesty acidity and crisp wild berry fruits. A pleasant, bitter, balsamic spice tinge tapers off long and resonates with lavender and violet notes. $25.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2024)

Nice & earthy yet smooth & tantalizing on the palate, Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla. Opens up with aeration & will continue to mature with a couple years of cellaring. Enjoyed this wine list recommendation.

Day 1: Medium to deep ruby red. Love the nose on PNP, strong cinnamon and brown sugar. A little savory too. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Dried dark berries, earthy tones and baking spices. Not over the top at all. Medium plus finish. Very impressed with this under $25 bottling. Will age nicely for a few years. Drink till 2020.

Look what they made. They made it for me. Happy Technology.

Hard 93. Ridiculous deal. Length, breadth, fruit, baking spices, such good structure. Long finish.

Ridiculous value for the price. Such a good Cab. Still some strong tannins on this one. Could age a bit longer or decant. Will update after leaving this out for a bit. Day 2: This really smoothed out and is tasting quite nice. Still has a little bite at the end.
