Pale yellow. Smells like water with limon in there. Almost no scent though. Flavors are similarly simple. Lemon peels and lime juice. Hint of bitter, smoky celery? Grilled celery. Tart. Seems like a nice summer sipper. Not a whole lot to think about. Just easy.
