Eater May wine box. Weird—better the next day and at room temp.

Cab Franc rose. Has some meatiness to it, medium bodied, notes of grilled watermelon.

Didn't blow my mind but very crisp, toasty, dry with notes of apricot, peach, honey, lemon, salt. Nose isn't very revealing but is shows some fresh strawberry, some savory/saltiness. A very light finish with balanced acids and medium tannin. Better chilled in my onion.
