Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil... very cab francy, very pencily, organic, natural (with little SO2) to keep it sexy... high acidity, light-medium body, funky feel on the tongue, lots if cherries, with slightly tannic dry finish... a very pleasant surprise and an interesting bottle design!
