Silky smooth with velvet tannins and lots of dark cherries and sweet oak. Nice subtle but lingering finish

Very ripe and forward packed with cherry vanilla bold and fleshy fruits. Ripe very easy texture and tannins yet lacking the structure and muscular power of vintages past. Delicious yes, outstanding no.

Dark ruby color. Rich aromas and flavors of red cherry, black cherry, tea leaves, graphite, cassis. Luxurious mouthfeel. Long finish. Exceptional Sonoma Valley fruit!

This one really killed it last night. The last few bottles of this resulted in a bit of disappointment, primarily because of QPR, but not this one!

Evocative of the left bank, but the fruit continuously pokes it head out of the glass to remind you where it's from. Black cherry, scorched earth, underbrush, pencil shavings, cedar, and coffee.

Smooth tannins, just enough acidity keep it fresh. Nice with grilled T-Bone steak.

RP says 95, and this is certainly special. But the QPR is not great.
