1/2 hour decant (decent chunky sediment). A fantastic medium dark ruby red color with some bricking. On the nose: very aromatic....stewed cherries, floral, vanilla smoke, spice, earth. Taste: awesome! Velvety smooth wine with plum, tea, baking spice, touch of cedar, earthy, and a vanilla raspberry long finish. Going great with the truffle cheese this Friday night. Cheers!
