Beautiful, inky in color with a red rim.
Great nose of wild flowers, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, figs, vanilla, licorice, mint, chocolate and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with high acidity and great looking legs.
Fruity on the palate with blackberries, figs, cherries, raisins, oak, cranberries, vanilla, earth, licorice, cocoa, dirt and peppercorn.
Long finish with full tannins and tart cherries.
A Very enjoyable red blend. I wish it was a bit bolder, but I liked it nonetheless. Still young, and needs three years to properly mature.
Aged for 22 months in French and American oak barrels.
