White Pressed Pinot Noir

I am going out on a limb but that was the best Rose of PN this summer.

Definitely better than the previous vintage. Reads like a straight forward but solid rose.

An odd wine. Sort of sour.

I don’t know why all these people keep rating it 9+. It drinks well, smooth. Little minerality. Almost slight limestone but not quite. Almost chard, but not quite. Takes on some characteristics but doesn’t do anything remarkably well. Disappointed, to be honest.

Easy to drink. Pairs well with salmon. Doesn’t taste like red wine. Really like it!

Very interesting wine. It starts off with a whisper of jam, dare I say raspberry. But then hits you with acid and has a super juicy mouthfeel. Finishes dry with some lingering berry notes. Love this
