Textbook Riesling aromas of barely ripe lime, peach, and pear, with a slatey minerality and slight diesel thing that blew off with a little air. 11% alc, high acid and angular on the palate. Nice tension here with an impressively long and pure finish. This sang with my wife’s homemade butter chicken.
