This Sonoma Chardonnay is soft and creamy, with caramel oak and bright apple nectarine flavors. After returning from a trip we were famished but bereft of fresh food, so we pan-fried some frozen veggie gyoza and ate them with kimchi, soy sauce, and sriracha; this wine was a surprisingly apt accompaniment.

A tinge too buttery to be an effective cocktail wine, this Chardonnay really shined when paired with Sriracha turkey burgers. Full and round with balanced acidity and just a hint of palate cleansing citrus, this is an exemplary food wine.

Always worth tasting, the new vintage of this perennially solid Chardonnay is a bit more buttery and oaky than the past, rendering it less desirable as a cocktail wine. However, the muted citric tones and creamy structure lit up like an Xmas tree when paired with spicy dukkah crusted cod! A superlative food wine for certain.

A young new vintage of this excellent Chardonnay, this wine has soft creamy lemon tones and pear flavors up front with a rich thick-bodied mouthfeel. A superlative food wine now, this wine will only improve upon laying down. We enjoyed it with Israeli Turkish cuisine.

Both buttery and creamy, this Chardonnay delivers a slightly floral taste interlaced with the apple and pear fruits one would normally associate with Pinot Grigio. A consummate food wine, this paired perfectly with chicken & nectarine panzanella with mint, zucchini, and fresh mozzarella, along with sides of sautéed Tuscan kale, baked eggplant topped with spinach, and a seeded rye baguette with aged Brie.

The nose on this Chardonnay is very light — a faint hint of honey and oak. The palate speaks louder. This is a classic buttery California Chard.

Hint of Oak and floral scent on the nose. Viscous on the tongue white pepper on finish. Not bad but not a true Chardonnay in my opinion

This is quite a bright Chardonnay, probably why I like it. I'd drink it again for sure.

Notes of toffee seem to take over. Gorgeous color.
