Taste: very mild, medium bodied, with a rather sweete taste of candied dark fruit (think grape gummy bears). I was hoping for a dark, bold and aggressive Australian Shiraz, so I'm dissapointed. Too sweet with little aftertaste. 6/10

A lovely GSM. Helped that we met the winemaker here in Singapore, so even more appreciative !

Delicious. Bold Grenache up front with occasional spills into Shiraz the longer you hold it in your mouth. Medium bodied some fruit sweetness. Pasta and tomato?

This blend of three is arguably one of the best available at an entry level commercial price. It is a vibrant red drop with a light salty toffee bouquet. It has a medium body with a slight peppery spice that sits in the middle of the palette. It isn't as bodied as a full Shiraz but carries the strength reminiscent of one. It's a lovely drinking wine that would easily be gulped down. It would go well as an end of the day glass or accompanying a pasta or chicken main.
