Earthy, raspberry, Xmas pine tree, chunky tomato marinara sauce and bbq. All these things are coming to mind when tasting. Maybe I should take this bottle hiking on Christmas Day, and have BBQ and pasta dinner this year? Not like this hasn’t happened on an average day.

Really intense right now and hard to find a fault: very deep dark ruby, opaque, brooding but bright & fresh on nose & palate w/pure beam of rich ripe cherries & cola, stunning nose and mid-weight on the palate. Juicy, vibrant clearly defined flavors - had some smoked salmon & salami among other random offerings, tho it didn’t seem to gel w/anything briny or acidic. Hi quality offering - very generous
