Based on the amount of Schramsberg we’ve drink, I tend to agree with Cellar Tracker telling me this is 4 years past prime. It’s way sweeter then typical, making me think much of the alcohol had already converted.
Price is unknown as this was part of a 6 bottle cellar club shipment of ~ $400.
Suggested retail is $95 although I can’t find it for sale via wine searcher

Lots of apple! Sweet as expected. Paired well with a spicy stir fry from the Schramsberg website and a custard tart with lemon and raspberry.
