64% pinot noir 36% Chardonnay, crisp and dry, some apple blossom and other floral notes on the nose, some muted apple and grapefruit. Really nice!

Method Traditionnelle vintage sparkling dry Rose made from Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay for complexity. Lots of citrus fruits and lemon zest, white cherry, brioche, apricot. Very pretty blush color with nice zippy acidity and medium finish.
