Very interesting Cab! I’ve never had anything using grapes from Suisun. Not the fruit grenade of Napa or Sonoma. Medium tannin, an interesting tart acidity that reminds me of a darker cider but still very drinkable, albeit young. Had with tagliatelle Ravi and cassoulet.

Remarkable variety character: blueberry, mint, raisin, blackcurrant. Chewy with particulate. Partial whole cluster - stem tannin, good acid, VA, medium extraction.
