Acid forward, little bit of oxidation, star fruit, vanilla. If I had to pick a mineral, I would say limestone. Quite a long finish.

This sets the tongue off in really interesting ways. Quite unctuous with acid that finishes at the back of the tongue. Meyer lemon rind, intensely minerally.
