Brilliant. Feels like it could only come from @Abe Schoener and crew, while being utterly true to its origin (our back waiter who's been tasting wine for 2 weeks was able to blind it as CA Chard). Thank you for sharing @Alex Pitts

More raging bull than easy rider at this stage. Very young, very savory, acid driven. Tasted over 3 days. Probably has a long life ahead.

Wow this is a nice nice wine! Showed way more banana bread character after a few hours of being open. Fun little silky grip too. Polite, generous and understanding. Delicious delicious delicious! ✨ 🍍 🍌

The 2010 and 2011 were in a more oxidized style. The 2012 is all acid and minerals. Vineyard farmed by Steve Matthiasson. Excellent.

Nice acid acid up front, lemon, a touch of oxidation and - don’t laugh - celery seed. We even ate some celery seeds to confirm.

Salinity and lemon, bit of vanilla, touch of oxidation - and a little of the natural fermentation sourness that some of Abe’s wines for Red Hook have. Very clean.
