Scholium Project Blowout Rosé, CA--Grüner, Verdelho & Cinsault, meow! Delightful glints of tangerine oil float the surface, while a tangy explosion of soft citrus fruit & fresh rose petal tantalize the palate. Refreshing & zippy!

The white, not the rose bubbles. Strange sparkler in that it wasn’t particularly frizzante and would have been improved by not being bubbly at all...it was a bit on the fence about it’s bubbliciousness. Which is an odd state of carbonation (for something deliberately made into a sparkler). Super tasty tho.

Methode Industriel (aka carbonated) sparkler. Went well with the pink artwork in an industrial neighborhood of LA on a beautiful afternoon.

Holy shit! This is “bad” wine. Drink this now. So incredibly herbaceous and floral! I can’t get over it!

Extremely funky, just crazy, carbonic, and what you should be drinking right now.

Refreshing. If I recall correctly, this is a Grüner/Verdelho blend, with 5% Cinsault for color. "Pétillant Industriel"

Delightful - everything one could want in a first day of spring rosé...strawberries and bubbles.
