Best of Grüner Veltliner

An den schönen blauen Donau; this producer grows wine along the river e.g. at Joching; greenish yellow color; nose of lime, honey, grape, spices, wildflowers, and some hydrocarbons; taste is spicy, almost effervescent white grapefruit-driven dry and long. A touch of sweetness could have opened this up.
