Reddish hue, nice small bubbles. Bit reduced on nose with some wet stone, red currants and some lactic notes. On the palate its slightly tart, red berries, cherry, some white pepper ending with grape and blood orange notes. More of a food wine than aperitif. Went well with mushroom pie and zucchini salad
