First of two bottles was corked but this one is carving its own path. Dense tropics. Creamy guava, papaya, and pineapple with minerality you could chip a tooth on. Like a stiletto on your chest. Almost tannic. Absolutely no rush.

Frustrating, but not stopping us from enjoying it with miso chicken in a leek broth. I’ve always loved the image of a white wine in a decanter. Here’s to the next bottle being more fruitful!
